How do I cancel Plus?
Cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription → Manage or cancel, or email hello@myshiftsync.com. You keep Plus until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Every new account starts with 7 days of full Plus access. A card is required to start — cancel before day 7 ends and you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, you're billed at your chosen rate ($9.99/mo or $79/yr) and the subscription auto-renews. One trial per person.
Is there a free plan?
No — ShiftSync is one plan with everything in it, and it starts with the 7-day free trial. If your trial or subscription ends, your plans stay saved to your account — restart Plus, sign in on any device, and they're there.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes — export or delete your schedules and inputs anytime. Email hello@myshiftsync.com and we'll handle it.
