About
Built for the people who are awake so the rest of us can sleep.
ShiftSync is a circadian sleep planner for night and rotating shift workers. Tell it your role and schedule, and it builds your rest windows: tonight's timeline for caffeine, light blocking, and an optional melatonin window, plus a 72-hour view of when fatigue is likely to hit — so you can plan naps, drives, and days off instead of guessing.
It was built because “just get more sleep” isn't advice that works on a 24, a 28-hour call, or a 10p–6:30a warehouse stretch. ShiftSync plans sleep backwards from the shift you actually work.
Who it's for
- ✓Nurses on 12s, days, nights, and the flips between them
- ✓Residents and doctors on call, night float, and 28s
- ✓EMS crews on 24s, 48/96s, and Kelly schedules
- ✓Flight medics and critical-care transport teams
- ✓Truckers on long-haul routes and irregular start times
- ✓Dispatchers — 911, public-safety, and logistics — on rotating nights
- ✓Warehouse, security, manufacturing, and logistics night crews
A planning aid — not medical advice
ShiftSync gives general sleep-planning guidance. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders, and does not assess fitness for duty. Fatigue scores, timelines, and forecasts are estimates — they may be wrong for you. Always follow your employer's fatigue policies, and talk to a clinician about sleep problems or supplements like melatonin.
